How often has a thriving population been ruined for something insignificant, and how often has a joyful resident been made to depart for something insignificant. So prepare well, may Allâh have mercy on you, for the journey with the best of what you have of preparations, and take provisions, for the best of provisions is Taqwâ."

Allâh burdens not a person beyond his scope. He gets reward for that (good) which he has earned, and he is punished for that (evil) which he has earned. "Our Lord! Punish us not if we forget or fall into error, our Lord! Lay not on us a burden like that which You did lay on those before us (Jews and Christians); our Lord! Put not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Pardon us and grant us Forgiveness. Have mercy on us. You are our Maulâ and give us victory over the disbelieving people." Quran 2:286

The Heart's Captivation and Imprisonment by Sin

He (rahimahullaah) said:
And among its effects is that the disobedient (sinner) is constantly in the shackles of his Shaytaan and the prison of his shahwa (desires) and the chains/fetters of his hawaa (whims). So he is a captive, one who is imprisoned and who is tied up.

There is no captive in a worse state than the one who is captivated by his worst enemy and there is no prison which is tighter than the prison of hawa and there is no bond/fetter more strong than the bond of desire.

How, then, will a heart which is captivated, imprisoned and fettered travel unto Allaah and the Home of the Hereafter. How will a person take a single step forward when the heart is bound and harmful things approach it from every direction. The harmful things approach it to the extent that it is tied up [i.e. imprisoned by its desires and whims..].

The example of the heart is like the example of a bird. Every time is ascends it becomes distant from the harmful things and every time it descends the harmful things hurt it. In a hadeeth there occurs that Shaytaan is like a wolf to people. Just as when a sheep has no protector and is in between many wolves, they are quick in causing damage and injury; likewise the servant who does not have guardianship from Allaah, then his wolf [i.e. his desires, whims etc.] is to him a predatory animal.

[Thus] there is no escape for the servant from having protection from Allaah. Taqwaa is a safeguarding for him and a strong shield between himself and the punishment of this world and the Hereafter.

Every time the sheep is close to its shepherd it is more safe from the wolf and every time it becomes distant from its shepherd it is closer to destruction. So its sanctuary is when it is close to its shepherd because the wolf takes the lonely one from the flock and this is the one which is the furthest one of the flock from the shepherd. The basis of all of this is is that every time the heart is distant from Allaah the harmful things are quick in approaching it and every time it is close to Allaah the harmful things become distant from it.

Remoteness from Allaah has levels/degrees, some of which are more severe than others. Heedlesness distances the servant from Allaah and some acts of disobedience are greater than some acts of heedlesness. Some innovations are greater than some acts of disobedience and some things from Hypocrisy and Shirk are greater than all of what has preceded.

O My servants, were the first of you and the last of you, the human of you and the jinn of you to rise up in one place and make a request of Me, and were I to give everyone what he requested, that would not decrease what I have, any more that a needle decreases the sea if put into it. O My servants, it is but your deeds that I reckon up for you and then recompense you for, so let him finds good praise Allah and let him who finds other that blame no one but himself." (Hadith Qudsi)

Concerning the love of Sayyidina Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam

In this chapter Allamah Busairi R.A. speaks of his love for Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam. He tries to conceal this love and who his beloved is . For this reason he has not mentioned the name of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam, directly in the whole chapter. By mentioning places and things close to Madinah, he alludes to Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam. Due to this excessive love and devotion for Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam, he has become completely restless, thus exposing this love to everyone.

Is it because of your remembrance of the neighbours of Dhi-salam.

That tears mixed with blood are flowing (from your eyes).

Or is it because of the breeze blowing from Kaazimah.

Or it is the lightning struck in the darkness of the night Idam

What has happened to your eyes, (the more) you tell them to stop, the more they continue flowing.

What is the matter with your heart, (the more) you tell it to come to its senses, (the more it is distracted).

Does the lover think that his love can be concealed.

While his eyes are shedding tears and his heart is glowing.

Had it not been for the love, you would not have shed tears at the ruins (of your beloved).

Nor would you become restless at the remembrance of the cypress (tree) the high mountain.

How do you deny love after the testimony.

Borne against you by (such) reliable witnesses as your yours and your illness.

Love has ingrained two lines of fear, and withered your face.

On your cheeks like yellow rose and the reddish tree.

Yes! Thoughts of the beloved came to me at night and kept me awake.

And love transforms pleasure into pain.

O you who reproach me, regarding my love, excuse me.

From me to you if you do justice, you would not reproach me.

My state (of love) has been expressed to you, (now) my secret is no longer concealed.

From those who malign (me), nor is there (something to) check my agony.

You have sincerely advised me , I did not heed it.

For verily a lover is deaf to those who advise him.

I regarded with suspicion the advice of the elders in reproaching me.

(Wisdom) in the advice of the elders is above suspicion.

it arrives in the station which is this life of ours

but some people arrive too late and miss it, others get in the wrong train, others don't want to take it at all
it's the train whose sirene announces good times for the believers and which is taking people out of the darkness

now come and join the living, it means come and take this train with us, and wake up to life
the ones who are not believers are like dead people

they are unaware of their Creator, they could just as well be dead

now I've been crying lately, thinking about the world as it is

means that even though the train has arrived, there still people who are careless about it and not interested in it
Oh peace train take this country, come take me home again..
from Him we come to Him will be our return
not death but the here-after

that is the true home
this is just the station
that's the destination

i wanted to share this with you bothers and sisters..couple weeks ago i was approached by a christian missionarist at the university. He asked me wheather i wanted to join them, the aim was "studying the bible" according to him. I asked him which bible they would study,he answered me:it doesnt matter(!)?..i was like..oh..i made a joke like:Can i also tell you about the Quran..it seemed he had no problems with it..Finally i told him i would think about it. But later i realised this was not such a good idea because these people are really trained in converting people!..These people have studied islam ,the Quran much better than we did!..by distorting the facts they are trying to mislead you..No matter how firm u think u are of ur belief,they literally Pay people to accept you their Fallcies!..These christian missionaries are spread all over the world..and u can find them esspecially in the places where muslims are in poverty,sickness,just where people are in need of help etc...so,just an humble advise,be aware with it..i will give u a site where u can read more about their tactics to convert people..to accept their Big Lies,their distortions of the reality!...

yes,he is the biggest fitnah...he will claim to be a leader, then a Prophet...then Messiah (which is actually Jesus) and then eventually God.!he will travel in each and every city of the world....
calling people to disbelief...excapt Makkah and Medina...
cos these 2 are guarded by angels..
he will have many powers...like causing rain, like making the dead alive (thats actually the jinns that help him)

In the name of Allah,The Merciful,The Compassionate,

Minor Shirk (Ash-Shirk Al-Asgar) which is stated in the Qur'ân or in the Prophet's tradition but is not the same as Major Shirk.

Riya (showing off) and swearing by other than Allâh are examples of this kind of Shirk. Prophet Muhammad, salla Allâh u alihi wa sallam, said:

"Of which I fear for you the most is Minor Shirk ".When he was asked what was it, he said, "Riya".

He, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, also said: "He who swears by anything other than Allâh commits Minor shirk ".

The Prophet, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, also warned:

"Do not say: 'had Allâh and such and such (person) willed', but say: 'had Allâh then such and such (person) willed' ". This kind of Shirk does not necessarily lead to disbelief from Islâm or an eternal stay in Hell. It negates, however, the completeness of faith.

The Third kind of shirk is the hidden Shirk.

Prophet Muhammad, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, explained:

"Shall I not tell you of which I fear for you more than I fear of the Anti-Christ?" They said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allâh", and he said, "The hidden Shirk, where one beautifies his way of praying only because another one is looking at him".

Alternatively, Shirk could be divided into two kinds:

Major and Minor. In this case, the Hidden Shirk encompasses both the Major and Minor kinds depending upon the act committed. It is Major if it is the same as the Shirk of the hypocrites who hide their false beliefs while showing off Islâm out of fear. It is Minor if it is the same as Riya.

May Allah protect us from all kinds of shirk..amin
